Please note the minimum order value of €75.00 for shipping.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual item, your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days. For international shipments, the delivery time is approx. 1 week. All orders are shipped insured via UPS or DHL with a tracking number. Of course, pick-up at our store at Seestr. 22, 88214 Ravensburg is also possible by arrangement. Shipping within Germany and the European Union is free of charge.
Express shipping is only possible on working days and for orders placed before 3:00 PM, as our scheduled parcel collection only allows express shipping for later orders on the next working day.
Please note that for international shipments, import duties and fees may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. These costs are not refundable in the event of a cancellation and if payment has already been made. Should the parcel acceptance be refused due to the fees to be paid in the destination country, the incurred costs for customs clearance and processing will be deducted from the refund.
